Hell's Kitchen
Great Tour of the West Village - Liz, my friends and I SO enjoyed our tour with you last Saturday. I can't wait to try a few of those restaurants. What was the name of the small restaurant with the "barn" in the back? I hope to see you again soon.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you customize a tour to my needs or interests?
Absolutely! Email your interests to info@LizYoungTours.com and we'll evolve a tour of your choice.

What if I want a tour at a time or on a date that is not listed?
Please email info@LizYoungTours.com with your desired schedule. Every attempt will be made to meet your requests, but some venues are not open/available/ best to tour at all times/ seasons.

Do the tours run in all weather?
Yes! We brave Manhattan island's seasonal weather in most cases. If the subways are running, we're in operation.

How many people can come on the tours?
The tours run with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 20 participants. Tour rates adjust, according to the size of the group and depending on the restaurant choices.

Do I need to eat breakfast on the day of the tour?
Although most tours start with a little nosh, the established tours focus on afternoon and evening dining experiences. Once the tour is done, you won't be hungry!

What should I wear?
If you select one of our set tours, you should expect a fair amount of walking, as touring on foot is often the best way to know a neighborhood. Wear comfortable and supportive shoes and bring layers, as the weather fluctuates frequently in Manhattan.

How can I see where the neighborhood is in NYC?
Go to our Map page to view Manhattan neighborhoods.

What if I need to change my trip plans?
Please see our terms and conditions link at the bottom of every web page on our site.

How far in advance do I need to book my tour reservations?
If you choose to incorporate any special restaurants or private culinary instruction in your tour experience, you are encouraged to register at least one month in advance. However, tour plans can be made with only two days notice in most cases.
